帶職參選總統、請假近3個月的新北市長朱立倫，昨一早便到市府上班，他面露疲態，感謝新北市民對他的包容，若請假造成市政延宕，也向市民道歉，未來將加快腳步，把市政建設做好，對於新北市得票大幅流失，一定會深刻檢討。

18日是大選後首個上班日，朱立倫7時許即到市府與副市長討論市政工作，接受訪問時神情顯疲態、語氣平和，與3個月前意氣風發宣布帶職參選時大不相同。

朱立倫說，很感謝新北市民包容，也感到抱歉。短短3分半鐘訪問，他卻二度強調，自己即便請假，每日也會與副市長及秘書長等人，討論重要市政公文與工作。

他坦言，畢竟是請假期間，若對於市政延宕，一定要對市民表示道歉，未來也會加快腳步，全力以赴把所有市政建設做好。

至於外傳市府小內閣也將隨朱回歸而調整，朱立倫則否認，強調市政都是延續性作法，目前並未有此討論。

媒體問及從九合一選舉到今年總統大選，朱立倫在新北市共流失25萬票，他說，每件事都一定深刻反省，包括整個大環境，身為國民黨主席、候選人要負最大責任，「地方上我們有做不好的地方，也要徹底檢討。」

面對黨內慰留聲音，朱強調，他已辭黨主席、也已生效，但身為黨員，往後對國民黨事務，「不但關心也全力支持，並不是從此以後不管，我一定做最忠誠的黨員。」
